The Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Force Transformation (OFT) hosted a workshop at the Wye River Conference Center in Maryland.  The focus on this workshop was to build a collaborative leadership learning framework for the Department of Defense.  Assistant Secretaries for Manpower from each service and several senior Flag Officers were present.  Building this future framework would address the need for DoD leaders to think differently, adapt more quickly, and transform the forces.  This framework seeks to successfully support a culture of continual transformation.  Frew & Associates participated in its design and Dr. Barry Frew facilitated the event.
