The Defense Acquisition University hosted a Working Group to generate the framework of an Executive Leadership (ELP) Program for the Army Acquisition Corps General Officers and Senior Executive Service members.  This program is being generated to provide General officers and Senior Executive Service members learning opportunities to increase their leadership team awareness of emerging concepts, processes and tools, as well as to think and respond more innovatively to the emerging challenges of the 21st century, and to accelerate positive change.  The program was designed and facilitated by Frew & Associates.
