SUN Leadership Council hosted a meeting in Monterey, California for over two and a half days.  The focus was Excellence in Execution.  Dr. Frew formed a panel of expert military flag officers to address execution from their perspective and then facilitated a lively interaction with SUN executives about applying those ideas inside the SUN organization and culture.  Reed Hornberger, VP for Corporate Strategy and Leadership Council Chairman, thought it was a huge success and each member of the council expressed an agreement that it was one of their best and most successful meetings.
