The Department of the Navy Chief Information Officer (DoNCIO) requested that executive CIO’s undergo a program entitled “Expanding Boundaries”. Expanding Boundaries is an intensive development program over a six to nine month period that improves open, honest communication leading to better collaboration amongst individuals and departments. Attendees continue to take part in facilitated 1-day classes, assignments, and various learning exercises. This intensive executive training is aimed at transforming individual behavior through growth and team cohesion and strengthens DoNCIO’s ability to execute. The program is designed and facilitated by Frew & Associates.
